Shipping policy
Where We Ship We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping Carrier All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. Estimated delivery times once dispatched are as follows:
- Tracked 48 — 2-3 business days
- Tracked 24 — 1-2 business days
Please note delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, particularly during busy periods such as Christmas.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery option.
Order Tracking Tracked orders will include a tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email, which can be used on the Royal Mail website to monitor your delivery.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at ironoakscountryapparel@outlook.com and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
